Ricoh WSCA Contracts - Supplies Included in CPC?

Hey Guys,

Looking for a Ricoh WSCA expert.

I see some CPCs that suggest supplies-included like the Pro C300/C400 for $0.01/$0.08

But others like Pro C2051 with color CPCs below $0.06.

Do these contracts included supplies in the CPC or what?
