Ricoh launches space-saving, easy-to-operate printers for small offices and workgroups
Oct 17, 2011 Amstelveen, The Netherlands – Ricoh Europe (Netherlands) B.V. today launched the Aficio SP 5200DN/ SP 5210DN. User-friendly and cost-efficient, these black and white printers are ideal for busy offices.

Both printers take 7.5 seconds to first-page print out, with printing at continuous speeds of 45/50 pages per minute. Easy paper handling means both printers are easy to use, and productivity can be enhanced further by extending the standard 650-sheet capacity to 2850-sheets.
Able to handle paper weights from 52-220gsm, both printers consistently deliver superb quality reproduction. They offer paper and money-saving duplex printing, and print volume control to prevent over-use. Designed to minimise Total Cost of Ownership, they are easy to set-up, operate and maintain, and their high duty cycle enables constant use.
A full suite of standard and optional security tools keeps data safe and prevents unauthorised printing. Full @Remote provides real-time remote support for performance monitoring and diagnosis management, and genuine IPDS™ software streamlines print workflows for smooth document handling and low management costs.
As well as being Energy Star compliant, both printers have additional environmentally responsible features including duplex printing and all-in-one toners, resulting in less waste and lower energy consumption.
