Ricoh/ Toshiba 1137EX with SR5020 Booklet finisher

Is this model discontinued by Ricoh and replaced by the 8120S? How are dealers accepting it?

Does the SR5020 booklet finisher allow you to fold without staple?

If you have the SK5010 stacker and FD5000 folder and never plan to staple, do you need a finisher? In this combo, where would the folded sheets output?
