Ricoh to shut off distributors
- confirmed to ENX Magazine that beginning 4/1/20 it will no longer sell its hardware, software and accessories through IT distribution partners and resellers
- will continue to sell print and MFP consumables through IT distributors and resellers
- “We will also continue to service all of our products and honor all warranties with no change to service,” Ricoh shared in a statement

no not dealers just companies like Synnex, Tech Data, CDW and companies like that
