Every time I see a Ricoh supplies list, I see all details on the models' toner, developer, etc, but nothing about the drums.
Is there something about Ricoh's architecture or distribution that explains this?
Any insights would be great.

Thanks Art,
I think its a part vs. consumable thing. Its pretty consistent in the docs I see, toner and developer are listed, but drum is not.
I appreciate it!

In most of the MFP's drums are not supplies and are replaced by a tech. Which model are you looking at?
Hey Msaeger,
I was trying to do some consumable/maintenance item calcs, but all the lists I could find only had yields & prices for toner and developer.
I'm cool now, but I appreciate your follow-up.

Ricoh does have what you are looking for, but it is hidden well. It is called a Service Cost Estimate Sheet. Apparently, you are only granted these through a service manager, owner, or grace of God login. Contact your DSM for the exact machine (s) and they can send you the spreadsheet.
Amanda, is there any way you could shoot me the complete sheet?

I would love to, but I am not allowed to distribute that info outside my company. I can tell you how to get it, though. It is on Dealer Source (you should have your principle or manager that can access through there, just scroll down the left side to the Service Cost Sheets. Pick your machine, download the excel and have them email it to you. Otherwise, I had my Ricoh rep email me the sheet I needed. They can find it quick. Just let them know to send you the excel sheet where you can enter your own numbers. Sorry I can't send it to you, but this should get you further. I appreciate and understand the pain you are going through to get the cost you need. This CES has all the info you will want!
