Here is the issue.
I have a SPC430DN that I can ping, pull up the web page and for all intents and purposes appears to be on the network.
However, when the user sends any print job, even a test page, the data light blinks twice and nothing happens. It is not set for locked print, hold print or sample print. We are using the PCL 6 driver and a static TCP/IP address.
It was working fine until this morning and just would not print.
At installation 3 1/2 months ago it did the same thing and my IT support manager ordered in a main board and replaced the one on the unit and the problem seemed to be fixed. Here we are 3 1/2 months later and the problem appears out of nowhere.
Any thoughts or ideas???
I can't believe it is the main board again. There are no service codes flashing on the unit.
