Ricoh SpC210Sf not feeding out of paper tray reliably

Does anyone know how to change the paper cassette feed tire on this machine? There is a "C" clip that comes off and I can see the end of the shaft to the left but there is not enough room to slide it off. Is there another clip or something on the feed tire itself? Also, is the clutch a bear to remove if this does not solve my problem? I did replace the sep pad but it did not help.
