Ricoh SP C842dn printer "Stack Overflow" error

We recently installed the above design.  All works well except for one file from InDesign.  The printer is showing a "stack overflow" error 84.  Our client has two other Ricoh devices SP C821dn and Ricoh MP C6503 with fiery.  That document will print fine on both of those devices with no errors.

Any ideas?

Art,

Make sure you load the actual Ricoh Driver and that they aren't using the Microsoft "Lite" Drivers. Then there are some PS Settings that could be changed. I assume that you are using PS, correct. Look for the PS Setting that says "Optimize for Speed" and change it to "Optimize for Portability. Sometimes I have had to drop the PS to level 2 for certain files to print. Hope this is helpful.
