I have a customer having issues with the density of print from the C4502, picures are dark and over saturated, nothing seems to help. Printing from PDF or native format, any ideas?

Can you expand on this Art? Are you speaking of the weather?

Sorry, been out for the loop for a few days. can't remember where I got, but yes, I was told or read that end uses should calibrate the color system whenever there is a very high or very low pressure. Not sure why, not even sure if this is still the case with the new systems, but I still use the rule of calibrate the system first if you have any issues with color.
