Ricoh MP3352 Scan screen not staying on | Print4Pay Hotel

I just sold one of these and the customer is complaining that when they are doing seperate scan jobs to the same folder, the screen goes away after the first scan job and they must again press the SCANNER button to go back in. Their previous model did not do that - after you finish the screen still shows the destinations and you didn't have to press the SCANNER button again. I am hoping it is a setting but we can't find it anywhere. Anyone know a solution? Thanks!

The last generation did that too. Go into service mode then Scanner ----> System and others -----> User Info Release change setting to 0 or 1 (whichever is opposite of what it is currently) press pound sign and reboot machine. You will be good to go.
