• Ricoh is moving its workloads from Informatica’s PowerCenter on-premises platform to the AI-powered, cloud-native IDMC, reusing PowerCenter assets to save on migration costs and efforts.

• IDMC offers a user-friendly interface, a low-code/no-code environment, and flexibility, improving operational efficiency and enabling quicker, trusted data access for better customer service and satisfaction.

• Informatica Japan's IDMC platform supports Ricoh's global data integration, helping Ricoh achieve operational excellence, improve customer experience, and deliver high-quality digital services.
