Digital print equipment manufacturer Ricoh has launched a raft of inline finishing kit for its presses.
Amongst the new machines is the SR5020 booklet finisher, an alternative to the existing SR5000 and the Ricoh exclusive GB5000 perfect binder and RB5000 ring binder.
The SR5020 booklet finisher is a heavy duty saddlestitcher with two delivery stations that can fold up to 21 sheets and produce 84-page booklets.
It will handle coated and non-coated sheets up to 216gsm and comes with an optional booklet trimmer.
The GB5000 can accept up to 200 pages per book, while the cover inserter can handle paper up to 300gsm.
Ricoh's RB5000 Ring Binder is exclusively available on the ProC901 series, allowing users to produce fully automated ring binders inline.
The binder sits between the press and the SR5000 and can punch and ring-bind books up to 100 A4 sheets on stock weights up to 216gsm.
