With eCopy ShareScan OP, industry-leading eCopy ScanStation features are now accessible via the control panel of Ricoh Embedded Software Architecture (ESA) enabled devices. Additionally, ShareScan OP's advanced administration and management features allow administrators to manage multiple ESA-enabled devices from one central location.
Ricoh’s ESA technology enables Ricoh Aficio devices to function as part of an integrated enterprise solution via incorporating hard-copy operations directly into the workflow of enterprise software applications (such as reporting, administration, document management, ERP, financials, HR and customer management) turning MFP devices into true information “hubs.”
eCopy ShareScan OP for Ricoh ESA-enabled Aficio devices represents the latest software for document distribution and integration setting a new competitive standard for simple, secure and cost-effective electronic distribution of paper documents.
