Business Analyst
Ricoh Innovations, Inc., a
small, but highly-charged staff organization dedicated to fostering
innovation within a visionary and creative multinational company
headquartered in Japan. RII seeks a business analyst with Business Development/Venture Development experience. This is a contract position of 6-8 months. Suitable candidates will have existing knowledge of and experience in the eReader market and will be responsible for researching opportunities, defining our business strategy, partner strategy, drafting a business plan, and potentially negotiating complex deals to acquire initial customers for our solution. Ultimately, these efforts will culminate in a new business plan that is supported with initial adoption indicators and successful field trial data that will inspire our parent, Ricoh Company Japan, to invest in this burgeoning business arena.
Skills required
An MBA and at least two years of work experience with large, preferably
multinational corporations . Superb written and verbal communication skills. High competency at using computers, the Internet and Microsoft Office . Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different
cultures and speaking different native languages (particularly Japanese). Excellent corporate research skills and interest

requirements. The work involves handling sensitive company and insider information that may be highly confidential in nature.
