Ricoh Info Tools

I haven't done much with the log tool , but I've been useing RSinfo and it's ok. I run it from a jump drive on the target pc. It gives a good report on the PC that you run it on as a .txt file. It logs all the pc's stats, windows version, hardware, memory, HD size page file size ect. It also lists all ports used for printing and all current printer drivers and stats for those. This can be very usefull when you need to tell Mr. Customer that his 486 ain't going to cut it.

Which controller is dropping off??
