Continuing its evolution to meet customer’s growing needs, Ricoh is pleased to announce the latest MFP Model support for GlobalScan v2.04 and v3.1.

Going forward GlobalScan will support all future MFPs utilizing the JAVA Platform.

The new firmware will require the installation of the JAVA Type F VM card. The benefits of utilizing the JAVA platform are tremendous going forward.
