There have been times when new reps have had trouble keeping up with how old units are based on the model number...i.e. which is older, the MP 3025 or the MP2510, etc. or what replaced the C3000? By the way, the answer is not the C3001. The correct answer would actually be the C3300. The C3001 replaced the C2800.
Anyway, the attached file, crude and possibly inaccurate as it is, was put together to try to provide some perspective. I thought others might benefit from it as well. Please let me know if Ricoh already had something that could serve the same purpose because I would rather have that but I didn't know of anything.
