Ricoh Canada Inc., the leading provider of digital office equipment today announced that it has amalgamated all operations of IKON Office Solutions Inc./IKON Solutions de Bureau Inc. in Canada.
Following the acquisition of IKON Office Solutions Inc. by Ricoh Americas Corporation in October 2008, the Canadian subsidiaries of the foregoing two entities have been amalgamated into one Ontario Corporation, effective August 1, 2010 under Ricoh Canada Inc. an Ontario Corporation. The new corporation will assume all the assets and liabilities of the amalgamating corporations, including IKON Solutions de Bureau Inc./IKON Office Solutions Inc., effective on August 1, 2010.
