TORONTO , March 8, 2017 /CNW/ - Ricoh Canada Inc. today announced that two of its customers – Luminus Financial and the City of Saint John – were recently recognized with awards highlighting the innovative nature of their respective Laserfiche implementations.
Laserfiche, a premier software player in the Enterprise Content Management space and an important partner in Ricoh's own ECM suite of solutions, hosts an annual conference – Empower 2017 – in which excellence and innovation in customer implementations is celebrated. Luminus took home the Run Smarter Award for Best Human Resources Initiative category, while the City of Saint John won the coveted Run Smarter Award for Best Records Management Initiative category.
Luminus Financial worked with Ricoh Canada to implement a Human Resources Onboarding solution that rapidly delivered on its promise – and more. The team at Luminus was struck not just by the application's capacity to mold precisely to their needs, but also by the rich support layers that Ricoh delivered during and after the implementation.
