Replies sorted oldest to newest

I expect things to get worse (but not because we are close to election time)before they get better.
This is what we face... First off, Ricoh will run themselves out of the old before launching the new and they will grossly underestimate the inventory of new and we have a lot of new. Secondly, Ricoh's year-end is March 31st and they will always run their inventory down as low as possible at year's-end.
That's part of running efficiently which helps to keep costs down. I don't like it, but I do understand it.
I'm having a horrible time getting responses from my Order Processing team. It can go a week or more before I get a response to an email, and good luck trying to get through via phone. I usually have to cc the department supervisor requesting a reply. This has been going on for months. The team used to be extremely prompt, but ever since they did some reorganization the customer service has been poor.
