RICOH Aficio SP C220N DDST "language issue"

This is the printer driver we are using at an account, everything is fine with hard and print driver. However the print monitor software is showing up in a different language for alerts, such as paper jam, needs toner, cover open, etc. what gives??????

Many times the Print Driver will use the default language of the OS, since it is a system component.

Error messages and additional programs that are installed will use whatever language they are downloaded in.

I'd say there's a pretty good chance the installer package you are using is designed for a different language.

Uninstall the bad one, Download the English version and install that.
