The transport belt keeps running forward, I have changed the belt cleaned the rollers etc any ideas? I am running out of hair!!

there are a few things to try-
there has been a modified transfer drive roller which does not seem to help when the belt is towards the end of its pm life what i did find that works is disconnect the transfer belt heater, the connector is found behind the waste bottle on the right side, two pin connector .
not a bad idea to double check you have the right connector. it will not cause an sc code
and should not affect operation have done this on all of mine. should probably replace belt with this the heat is what allows the belt to stretch.
