hi, I have a problem with the doc feeder skewing
slightly I think I figured it out it has to do with the metal bar, or the plastic turn guide right before the metal plate (hope I am describing this correctly) also the machine then started feeding two sheets when only one is in the feeder, I think that was because the machine was under a flourescent light. now this machine is not copying off the glass, but it will start feeding from the feeder without paper
in the feeder.....TIA Patricia

I am not sure what this has to do with the price of eggs in China. But if you havent changed anything else, replace the sep roll and feed belt.

thanks for the help It was the fact that this machine was set to a gestetner not a ricoh under plug and play settings and the adf was set to auto doc feed when the start button was pressed!!! duh again thanks for the help Patricia

recognizing odd sized paper when 11x81/2 placed in the doc feeder 5 1/2x8 1/2.....again thanks
