There are 100 user codes standard for this model.This can be increased to 500 by fitting the optional "User Account Enhancment Unit Type A". Basicly this is another NVRAM module that sits next to the main NVRAM on the controller PCB.

No additional memory required, but if you increase user codes to 600 the Aficio Smart Net Monitor for administrators, a network tool is the best way to manage the passcodes.
