Ricoh Corporation Acquires TaylorMade Digital Systems, Inc.
West Caldwell, NJ, March 2, 2005 – Ricoh Corporation, a leading provider of office equipment in the United States headquartered in West Caldwell, NJ, has acquired select assets and the associated customer base of Livermore, CA based TaylorMade Digital Systems, Inc. TaylorMade was an authorized Ricoh dealer marketing Ricoh branded products in the Northern California area, and was known for its customer care programs.
“The acquisition of TaylorMade further strengthens Ricoh’s position in the Northern California market,” said Tom Salierno, President of Ricoh U.S., a division of Ricoh Corporation. “By utilizing the abilities of Ricoh Corporation, with the assets of TaylorMade, we will be able to offer new and greater value and service to customers in and around the Northern California area,” Salierno added.
