Ricoh 350 please help | Print4Pay Hotel

Can anybody tell me how to fix a machine that has red wrench, door open and no display. This happens even after I have remove the finisher, lower feed unit and any thing else that would load the machine. I replaced the dc power supply that did not help. Can anybody help me?

The good news is, I have an answer to your problem.
The bad news is, it is a shorted toner supply motor. Which usually takes the IOB with it.

Replace the motor and IOB as a set.

Could be possible , you can watch in iob the ic fried/damaged.....change it´ll work well, (also change toner motor)

Turned out to be the i/o board so i replaced the board and toner motor. thanks for the help.
