I need to get two real estate companies approved, can anyone guide to me WHO is accepting applications from this market??

Art - we've had a tough go at this, as I am sure everyone has. One thing we have done is to utilize some of the local banks that provide equipment leasing. We've had to get a ton of supporting financials, etc. but have had some success....

Art, good luck. It is hard pressed to get any leasing company to take realtors. Depending on how strong they are you may want to try Great America. Try Leaf Financial as well.
yea, GA already a no go along with four others, I'm going to go the route of personals and then if that does not do the trick, I gonna use Dan's plan. Thanx for the reply!

If you are still looking, Lease Corporation of America is taking on Mortgage and real estate companies. The only hitch is that the owners must provide their personal info and guaranty the lease.

appreciate the response, it seems when it rains it pours the owner of the real estate firm is actually looking to close on a home in the next 30 days or so, and won't give up his PG until the deal is sealed with the house.....arrggghhh!

As stated above...LCA is a great place for realty and mortgages....they do not touch non-profits. I have a good contact there if you need it. I have used them a few times. If that does not work then use TimePayment if the deal is less than $15,000.

Problem is guy can't give his PG right now, will they look at it without a PG?

Hey, thanx for the info I'll give it a shot. Just heard from D Gordon and hear he hooked uo with you guys. Gordon's great taught me leasing back in the days of HCL.
