Recent letter to RFG principals

I've read the letter, as a p4p'er stated Ricoh is spinning a "happy face" on the fact that 60ppm systems and above are going to be very hard to get along with toner shortages.

Has anyone else read this letter and if so, what are your thoughts and what are you doing to make sure your "sales cycle" is not affected?
