With RATIO’s CAD|STATION, three independent CANON imagePROGRAF plotters can easily be used as one very fast, virtual multi-roll device. With a throughput of more than 300 D’size documents per hour, CAD|STATION sets new standards in the wide-format color printing sector. Due to the flexible combination of up to three CANON iPF printers, the CAD|STATION is able to print different document sizes, i.e. from ‘C’ to ‘E’, in one plot set, without the need for a manual roll change. This is another key feature that underlines the big advantage this solution provides to throughput speed.
RATIO’s CAD|STATION is the first solution to combine high-speed and quality color plotting at an attractive price. The high-speed system, including the CAD|STATION, a standard spec PC and three CANON iPF’s is available for less than $15,000 (MSRP). With the recently released scan module, CAD|STATION SCAN, the CAD|STATION can be upgraded to one of the fastest color copiers for the CAD market. Through cooperation with Adobe and Autodesk, CAD|STATION is able to support all native technical file formats such as TIFF, HPGL, DWF, PS, PDF, DWG and DXF.
Another high-light at the RATIO booth will be the copy tracking solution for Ricoh scanners. This offers Ricoh RW240 or RW480 users the ability to track copies, scans and prints and produce tailored invoices for easy client billing/cost recovery.
PLOTBASE|PM, RATIO’s successful solution for efficient output management and cost control will also be available for demonstration at the booth. PLOTBASE|PM is a plot management and cost control software made for multiple wide-format b/w and color output devices.
