Position Description:
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Production Imaging Print Specialist - Production Systems Professional.
Professionally represents Konica Minolta as a responsive, reliable customer-oriented company through technically proficient, cost effective and timely service consistent with calls / units per day, utilization, and efficiency goals on the Konica Minolta High Volume Production Line. Provides service in printing or production environments on color and B&W systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Production Imaging Print Specialist - Production Systems Professional.
Professionally represents Konica Minolta as a responsive, reliable customer-oriented company through technically proficient, cost effective and timely service consistent with calls / units per day, utilization, and efficiency goals on the Konica Minolta High Volume Production Line. Provides service in printing or production environments on color and B&W systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes an up-to-date file of service manuals, part books and other service literature using the issued laptop and develops familiarity with contents.
- Maintains tool kit, supplies, and accurate inventory for assigned territory.
- Must maintain the minimum call per day average.
- Maintains effective relationships with customer and fellow employees.
- Provides sales support as required (i.e. advising sales on problems as accounts, service leads).
- Accurately and timely completion of invoices and expense reports.
- Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.
- Installs multiple protocol and/or multiple network operating systems in conjunction with software based solutions, i.e. Barr System, AHT, TR Systems, etc.
- Integrates Konica Minolta products into mid-Range systems for the Data Center market or high-speed systems including scanning for the CRD / POD market.
Qualifications: - Ability to seamlessly integrate into the customer's network environment
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Must be able to work independently with very little supervision.
- Demonstrated electro-mechanical, digital electronic, and PC expertise
- Provides 24/7 on-call service and a maximum 2-hour on-site response time.
- Installs complex networks and software solutions: may involve mid to high range platforms, additional data center, CRD Solutions.
- A+, N+, MCP, CDIA - or approved internal certification(s) recognized as replacing (any or all of) the preceding external certifications.
- High School and Technical School graduate or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
