Printing to mpc4500 | Print4Pay Hotel

I have a couple mpc4500 and the customer has XP, using Microsoft access, and pcl6. I have defaulted the driver to B/W in the printing preference. When they send the job from access, the copier sends the job to the copier the counter increments 1 color. I don't know how to fix this other than changing the driver to pcl5c.Thanks for any help.

Geez, thats tough without seeing what is going on, did you change the driver to PCL 5 and if so what happened? Did you try with the RPCS driver and see what happens. Can anyone else chime in?

yes I put on the pcl5c today and that seems to work correctly right now. I imagine it's something within access.
