Printing from Wordperfect 10

There are some "hidden settings" in WP, I do a search on the info here. I though we spoke about this several years ago.

Did you try changing the setting in the driver only??

Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of WP to test your issue. If this is the only program you have an issue with, have you looked for any updates on the WordPerfect website?
I haven't heard of other customers having the same problem. You may want to check in the Help File in WP to see if you need to define the printer in WP. It sounds like the program does not realize the printer has a bypass tray. Please make sure you have the correct paper size and type set in the 2018. To check the paper size press User Tools-Printer Features-Paper Input-Bypass Paper Size. To check the paper type press User Tools-System Settings-Tray Paper Settings-Paper Type Bypass.

after digging a little deeper, I found the attached solution. However this has to be done with every file that is to be printed. There has to be a permanent adjustment for the driver. We're reasearching it.
