Dear Ricoh Printer Partner,
Here is an additional tool to help close Ricoh printer deals.
Please use with discretion as Ricoh's Printing Solutions Division pays for
this service on a per quote basis.
Inquiries should be made within 30 days of Ricoh printers being sold.
Tradeups.com is another tool to help you close Ricoh printer business. If
the customer objects to buying new printers when they have existing
equipment, Tradeups.com allows them to recapture some of their investment
in those printers by receiving a trade-in allowance. They are basically a
used printer wholesaler like those in the copier industry.
Here's how it works:
1. Go to http://ricoh.tradeups.com
2. Register, or enter as a guest for a free quote on the trade-in
equipment
3. Enter make, model and condition of the printer(s) to be traded in
4. Receive a quote, and instructions for receiving the trade-in
allowance
It's that simple! The customer handles the complete transaction, saving
you and your organization the time and effort. And the customer can
generate some cash to buy new printer from you.
Note: The transaction is between Tradeups.com and your customer. It
occurs after the condition of the units are verified and pickup
arrangements are agreed upon. The customer must be replacing the returned
printers with New Ricoh printers.
