print outside of margins | Print4Pay Hotel

I just repalced a panasonic with a Savin 9021dspf. Customer prints from an industry specific program that puts data into a WORD template. With the new Savin we constantly get an error the prinitng is out of proper margins or something of that nature, then we have to click ok to continue. Is there a setting on the MFP or in the driver we can change to no longer get this setting?

That sounds like the word document not the printer.

I agree, the driver is what is controlling the margins, not the printer per se. Call the vendor of the program and see if there is an update or if they have a suggestion.
