Does anyone use Print Manager Plus for tracking purposes? If so, how does it compare to SMART Accounting or other Ricoh for capture of print and copy billbacks?

We've installed one "Print Director" embeded in a MAC Environment (Still trying to get it working properly) and one Smart Accounting. We have not installed Print Manager Plus yet.

I almost installed Smart Accounting in a new firm that purchased a C3535 but they decided to go with Vista and and Smart Accounting will not work with Vista until maybe in the spring. On another note thay also wired their network but wanted two wireless work stations for visitors with laptops but the network kept crashing - they took out the wireless router and no more crashing. They were getting interference or something, the IT company spent about 20 hours trying to figure out the problem but never did. Our dealership has had a lot of trouble with wireless installs, they all go to wired after a while.

I see wireless in more and more of my customers. While there have been some isolated incidents, I'd say we have about as good a success rate with wireless as we have with wires (every once in a while, something just isn't working).
