- 11% believe crisis holds opportunities
- 70% agree that COVID-19 will cause significant ongoing market disruption
- 60% expect revenues for year will decrease by more than 10% o 40% expect more than 20% hit
- 87% see print volumes declining o Healthcare and government verticals showing increase
- 56% believe this causes them to change their operating model - 42% have postponed or cancelled investments
- 8% expect to be able to get back to business as normal in one month o 57% expect it to take more than 6 months
- 61% of dealers are looking for financial support from vendors
