Postscript 3 Version

This is probably a better question for Ricoh Tech support.

The PS3 version isn't the issue I think, simply the OSX driver. Has the customer tried it and not gotten it to work?

On a mac, the "driver" doesn't generate the Postscript code, the operating system does. The "driver" we supply simply tells the mac how to speak to the printer and about what optioons are available.

It sounds to me like the customer is saying the Driver we supplied them isn't working in their version of OSX. Since the only version of OSX driver currently available for the 1515 is 1.0.0, I doubt is would work with the newest OSX.

Again, I would call Ricoh and find out. Make sure you have your customer's OSX version before you call.
