Gold Coast Technologies, a copier company in Pompano Beach, has acquired Apple Business Products, a Konica Minolta copier provider in Boca Raton, the companies announced Monday.
Headquarters will be at Gold Coast Technologies' location in Pompano Beach, where it has 42,000 square feet of space, said Bob Collins, general manager of Gold Coast Technologies.
Gold Coast Technologies and its sister company Intercom Group have 35 employees and Apple Business Products had three employees, who are being retained, Collins said.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
