POE on Cisco Switches

I have recently noticed on Ricoh Color unints 2250 and up that POE on a Cisco switch will cause confusion on the print controller. One type of error would be the job is sent down and the display will say "waiting for data" or "Printing" and nothing will happen. It will lock up the cue with all the jobs stuck. Has Anyone come across this situation?

Another occurace is that a brand new install of a Color Machine Print driver on a server share and you set the default to BW and push it out to the clients pc and the default is still on color. I have had this happen and the last 3 color installs I have done. When I change it at the client pc it will stay the same or sometimes it will change it on the server and change it for all clients. Any thoughts?
