PCWin has the ability to specify the order the pages will print; Auto, Standard and Reverse. If you print to the upper exit, all 3 ways will give you the results you would think with Auto being the same as Forward. When you print to the lower exit, Auto prints in reverse order and does not work. If you hold your mouse pointer over the pull down in PCWin, the message reads "Auto means reverse if face up, else forward". This would be true if you were printing to a tray off the back of the machine since the paper is actually printing face up. Since the lower tray is flipping the image over, it ends up being incorrectly stacked. It would appear as though the software is assuming we stack to an external tray and not the lower exit. Is there a way to change some setting either in PB or User Tools in order to make this correct? The customer does not want the users to have to choose between upper/lower exits and also specify order each time they print. They want Auto to work correctly each time. Any ideas?
