Plotbase Upgrade

Upgrading the RW-240 Plotbase controller from version 3.2 to 3.3 does NOT require reloading the operating system. The 3.2 server itself must be uninstalled but not the OS. See the attached procedure.

Thanks Bill, Idid follow this procedure to no avail. It was on a fresh load of win2k. what happened when loading 3.3 was an error code 1361 in windows.The wide format support person from arizona had experianced similar problems also. Also TSC didn't know why this happened. I did the uninstall as the bulletin says and even used regedit to eliminate all referance to RATIO. Thanks for the info.

Very sorry to learn of the difficulty experienced by these upgraders. It appears that they are now installed OK with 3.3, so there is nothing we can help them with at this point? Please let me know if that is not the case.
