We've recently had a problem with several 5430's straight out of the box. The image is writing to the master 7/16" towards the operator side. TSC says to make an SBU adjustment (SP6.1) but this helped in only two units and hasn't in 3 others. John Reiling says that he's processed about 30 claims and, until yesterday, has not heard about any other dealers having problems except us. As I said, until yesterday. I'd appreciate it if you keep a look out to see if anyone else has a problem and to escalate it to John Reiling/Ray Bauer. Apparently we're "waiting on Japan". Maybe, if Art has seen this, he can help on his visit?
Also, has anyone got any information on kits required to connect this to UC5/e/6?
