YORK, NY--(Marketwired - September 29, 2014) - PeopleDoc, a global provider of cloud-based, digital HR document management and employee relationship management solutions, will make its debut at several U.S. conferences this fall. Its goal: to reach human resource (HR) executives who want to unify disparate IT and paper systems into a complete, easy-to-use, cloud-based enterprise solution.

According to Jonathan Benhamou, CEO, PeopleDoc, "HR is quickly transforming to get and give information in a much more consumerized way. This means HR staff will spend less time gathering information and worrying about who can see what documents coming from various systems and paper files. Consumerization also enables employees, partners and other users of HR information to self-serve with ease, using their preferred devices."

PeopleDoc solutions unify HR information systems, making it easy for HR departments to give and get employee data via a central, app-like view. Customers report significant savings in time and money with this approach. For example, one customer in the recycling and waste management space reported a 15 percent increase in HR productivity in the first six months of using PeopleDoc to aggregate data. A major retail brand anticipates saving $15,000 a month in express mail by using PeopleDoc for electronic signature and compliance purposes.

PeopleDoc will exhibit at the following:
