Channel Availability for Release 20.0 has arrived.
We're tipping our hats to healthcare, with a new EMR integration for Epic Systems that's making printing more secure for hospitals and other healthcare facilities. There's also a new "Application Server" fail-over feature to help keep customers printing.
We're optimizing our release process by providing comprehensive videos for each feature, giving you all the content you'll need to get the word out. Via the Portal, you can access the new release sales awareness and technical training content.

Print Deploy enhancements are now available through Auto-Update, to let users self-install/uninstall available printers.
For cloud printing (Beta only)in Mobility Print, we'll be supporting Chromebooks in June, and shortly afterwards Mac and Windows. We'll then be officially releasing on all platforms (out of Beta) around the July/August time frame.
A quick heads-up: General Availability is scheduled forlate June.
