SECAUCUS, NJ June 1, 2009 — Panasonic Communications Company of North America (PCCNA) today announced expanded office equipment maintenance that covers both in and out of warranty situations, as well as new repair options as part of its continuing commitment to providing industry-leading factory support to its channel partners and end users. The program, which is the only authorized service program available today in the USA, is available as of June1, 2009 via PCCNA's elite nationwide network of value-added office equipment resellers.

The new offerings meld training, installation, maintenance and repair modules into comprehensive, highly scalable packages that can include on-site service contracts, over-night exchanges, depot warranty upgrades and professional installation, maintenance and operator orientation services.1
