Pacific Office Automation names Arizona VP as interim chief after prior CEO takes leave amid sex assault allegations
Pacific Office Automation named one of its top regional vice presidents as the Beaverton company’s interim CEO on Tuesday, six days after his predecessor went on indefinite leave following accusations he had sexually assaulted employees.
The office equipment business is one of Oregon’s largest privately held companies, with nearly $500 million in annual sales, but it is operating under a cloud of scandal following employees’ accusations of sexual assault against its former president and CEO, Doug Pitassi.
