OKIData Americas and Agiliant Join Forces to Facilitate Managed Print Services,Managed Network Services Adoption within the BTA Dealer Channel

OKI Data Americas and Agiliant, Inc. announceda platform development agreement through which Agiliant’s MITOS™(Managed Information Technology and Output Services)offering will incorporate OKI'sproprietary Total Managed Print™ (TMP)solution to provide a comprehensive suite of services to be offered throughthe Agiliant Affiliate Network™ (AAN) within the BTA dealer channel.
Key Details of Alliance:
Alliance will allow dealers the opportunityto provide end-to-end, integrated Managed Network Services (MNS)and Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions to customers to supplementtheir office equipment sales, lease and service offerings, generating immediatereturns and recurring revenue streams.
Agiliant's MITOS™ offering provides dealersin the AAN (AgiliantAffiliate Network™), a nationwidenetwork of business technology product and service providers, with a standardizedproduct suite and robust technology platform that streamlines operations,shortens sales cycles and automates many of the integration requirementsfor building and delivering managed services.
Agiliant will incorporate key aspects ofOKI's TMP Portal into its business processes to standardize asset and lifecycle management, sales and delivery components.
Significanceto Ricoh: OKI's broad portfolio of printing solutionswill be offered as a preferred printer brand within Agiliant's MITOS solutionsuite throughout the AAN.
AAN member companies are exclusively licensedto market and carry the MITOS solution suite to deliver managed IT anddocument output management products and services to their customers.
Agiliant will see a new channel open up whichwill expand their solution reach. In addition, OKI TMP is vendor neutral,allowing customers to be flexible with device management requirements.
