Océ Business Services Highlights eDiscovery, Records Management and Document Imaging Solutions at the ILTA Conference

Visit Océ Business Services' Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions (RCLS) division at the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) Conference in Booth #422
Nashville, TN (August 18, 2011) – Océ Business Services, a leader in document process management and electronic discovery, will demonstrate eDiscovery, records management and document imaging solutions at the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) conference. Océ will also address topics covered at the show including: emerging eDiscovery technologies, document management strategies to deliver better client value and streamline operational efficiency, and the importance of applying records retention policies across all electronic records repositories.

CaseData Demonstration
At this year's conference, which runs August 21 – 25 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, experts from the Océ Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions division will demonstrate the company's CaseData™ system, which enables legal teams to collaboratively produce, search and review documents for legal discovery and regulatory matters. CaseData recently incorporated several new advanced features that help reduce the time and costs associated with eDiscovery and document review.

One of these features is dual monitor support, which enables reviewers to open a second window linked to an active document and view the additional window on one or two monitors. The second window enables users to see more information connected with the active document at one time (such as images, attachments and email threads). This feature also retains a user's window settings and will launch the second window according to the size and shape previously set. Dual monitor support helps reduce "click count" and total document review time.

Key Survey Findings
The executives at the Océ Business Services booth will also be available to detail key insights industry professionals should know about records management and document imaging. These findings were derived from a survey report issued by Océ: "A Winning Formula: Achieving Top Performance in Records Management." The report spotlights industry issues such as growing compliance risks and how organizations are using their current records programs to obtain important business benefits. The report also spotlights records management components, such as document imaging, that are underutilized by a significant number of respondents and thus represent untapped opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
