We need to build two workflows for a potential account.  One is to capture the invoice number, which is in the same place on every page, name with the file number (using zonal ocr), convert to pdf and then move to a destination folder.

 

The other workflow is to print a bar code for each "batch" of documents and do the same.

 

Implementation, training and setup, could this really take 50 hours???
