CSS Document Solutions, a Savin and Kyrocera dealership servicing Meridian, has been purchased by NovaCopy.
With the acquisition, NovaCopy will retain the CSS name, Meridian office and staff.
"For the past 20 years, CSS has built a professional and well-respected reputation in in Meridian with its customers and local business community," NovaCopy CEO Darren Metz said in a statement. "We are excited for both companies as we move forward."
An industry leading copier, document solutions and 3-D printing company headquartered in Nashville, NovaCopy is recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the country with eight branches throughout the south and revenues of $75 million in 2016, according to a news release. Plans for 2017 include further expansion in Mississippi.
"NovaCopy is an industry leader which has been working with customers in Mississippi for over 10 years," CSS President Ron Cooper said in a statement. "Together with Wayne Scott, Ron Smith, the CSS team and NovaCopy, we'll be able to offer enhanced service and eve more state-of-the art equipment to the Meridian business community. NovaCopy was founded in 1998 in Memphis and moved its headquarters to Nashville in 2004. This past year, NovaCopy began plans to expand its footprint throughout the south by 2020.
